Have you ever walked into a room, looked around and then took note of the first thing that you really noticed in the space?  That is the room’s focal point.
The focal point is basically the point in a room where lines converge.   So, if you have a blank wall or unattractive TV in this spot, your eyes will be drawn to this feature and this can be a bad thing.
Creating a new focal point with a beautiful window treatment can be a wonderful way to reenergize a room and take the focus off less attractive features in the space.

Who is Galaxy-Design? At Galaxy-Design our mission is to provide unique custom draperies for anyone who desires to dress their windows not cover them.  For over 36 years we’ve been providing luxurious curtains and drapes for beautiful homes, restaurants, and commercial buildings.

Steve Messri is known internationally as the Vice President and head interior designer for Galaxy-Design.  He has been featured in over 200 YouTube window treatment and interior design how-to videos, and has designed innovative custom window treatments for thousands of homes over the past 36 years.
